SHERRIE BECKSTEAD

Sherrie Beckstead is a partner in the companies in which her late husband co-founded, Liljenquist & Beckstead and Lenkersdorfer Fine Jewelers in their five locations spanning the DC Metropolitan area. In addition to her role as an owner and investor, Sherrie has led the companies in brand and marketing strategies, as well as the leadership in the first universal website.
Sherrie has directly partnered with the global leaders of 25 luxury brands that include Rolex, Cartier, Breitling, Chopard and David Yurman. Sherrie’s initiatives in facilitating excellence in leadership training, mentorship, as well as corporate and community development and education remain her focus in her businesses and in community leadership.
In addition to serving as the Co-Chair of the NVTRP Polo Classic for the past three years, Sherrie currently serves as the Public Relations Co-Chair on the Executive Committee at Georgetown Lombardi Breast Cancer Center in Washington, DC.
She recently launched a brand that she designed, a cause branded jewelry line, The Lockkeepers Collection, which donates a portion of the proceeds to ongoing restoration and preservation at The Trust for the National Mall, where she serves on the National Advisory Council.
Sherrie is also a new member of The Middleburg Film Festival Board of Directors.
Sherrie is an emeritus 3-term member of Atlantic General Hospital Board of Directors, St. Mary’s School Board of Directors in Annapolis, MD, and President of Historic St. Martin’s Foundation.
