Through community outreach efforts, NVTRP has broadened its connections within the community. Working in partnership with organizations that also serve its key constituents, NVTRP provides services for new people to experience the joy and benefits of connecting with equines.

NVTRP specializes in a leadership curriculum strengthening the building blocks of confidence, self-expression, communication, respect and more.


NVTRP offers:

Field Trips- 1 hour tour of the farm, meet the herd, learn about the responsibility of taking care of horses and the mission of NVTRP. Open to all ages, $20 per person, great for Girl Scout troops looking to earn their Animal Caretaker badges, school groups or a senior living home outing.

Mobile Mini Visits- NVTRP's miniature horses make road trips to schools, after school programs, events and more to provide equine-assisted learning sessions that promote communication skills, physical activity and fun! 1 to 2 hour sessions, price starting at $350

Weekly Services- NVTRP offers 2 hour group sessions including therapeutic riding and horse care sessions. Cost starting at $120 per participant.

Hilltoppers- Services for our most senior participants! 1-2 hour visits to the farm or equine visits to assisted living homes for equine-assisted learning sessions. Gentle activities that engage all the senses, wonderful for individuals living with dementia. Farm visits starting at $120 per participant, on-site visits starting at $400.
