KELSEY GALLAGHER, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Kelsey Gallagher leads the organization as Executive Director. She first started with NVTRP as a volunteer in 2001 and continued to get more involved as she recognized the profound difference that NVTRP makes in people’s lives. Now as Executive Director, her responsibilities include setting the strategic development and financial management of the organization, collaboration with the board of directors to accomplish the organization’s mission and vision, and ensuring continued quality services.
She graduated with a BA in Government and International Politics from George Mason University, where she also rode with the Equestrian Club and showed in the Intercollegiate Horse Show Association. Kelsey is a PATH Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor. She was awarded PATH Region 3 Instructor of the Year in 2011.
Kelsey has a passion for travel and visited 6 continents, including Antarctica.
