I joined the board of NVTRP in 2007.  A good friend in our parish had a son who was a rider and had greatly benefited from the program.  One day she asked if my company would consider donating to NVTRP and at that time I was looking for something to get involved in and jumped at the opportunity.  I’ve truly enjoyed the almost 15 years being associated with this program – it provides a much-needed service for members of our community and I am impressed daily with the dedication and heart of our staff and volunteeers.  I  spent my 30 year professional career at Booz Allen Hamilton, from which I retired as an Executive Vice President.  While there I enjoyed connecting our firm’s focus on our military service personnel with NVTRP’s mission.  Both of my daughters were long time volunteers at NVTRP so it really has become a part of our family!
